Each guest will receive a freshly baked 4” vanilla cake filled with vanilla buttercream, plus two fluffy cupcakes. You’ll be guided step by step at every stage to transform them into your very own Valentine’s showstoppers.

• Choose from a Valentine’s colour palette of pinks, reds, or whites and mask your cake in a silky-smooth layer of vanilla buttercream, learning how to achieve a flawless finish\
• Pipe cute little hearts around your cake\
• Pipe like a pro using a range of piping tips to create ruffles, gems, shells, and rosettes\
• Colour buttercream to create beautiful two-tone rosettes\
• Create an eye-catching fondant topper using embossers and edible glitter\
• Embellish your designs using edible glitters, dusts, and sprinkles to elevate your finished look

We’ll show you the techniques, but you’re free to get creative and design a cake that reflects *your* Valentine’s vibe.

Join us for a fun-filled, hands-on 2-hour cupcake decorating workshop where creativity meets cake!

Whether you're a total beginner or looking to level up your skills, this class is all about having a good time while learning professional techniques. Bring your partner, your bestie, or your baking pal and enjoy a relaxed evening learning how to decorate like a pro!

You'll be provided with 12 freshly baked mini vanilla cupcakes by Baker & Chef, ready for your personal decorative touch in the colour palette of your choice. The session kicks off with a live demonstration, where we’ll show you how to pipe beautiful buttercream roses, delicate flowers, ruffles, and shells—transforming your cupcakes into edible works of art. If fondants your thing, then we’ll also demonstrate how to create ombre coloured designs and use moulds, cutters and embossers to create a variety of designs. The choice is endless. From the welcome from Ffi, to the detailed instructions on how to do different types of piping, the drinks on offer (both soft and alcoholic. A brilliant way to spend a few hours with friends, meeting others, learning new skills, having food and drink, and best of all, getting gorgeous mini cupcakes out of it at the end of the night (that were thoroughly enjoyed by all who sampled them)!  Ffi has created an amazing space, well planned out, and is a most generous host. Really looking forward to our next night there.

The Ultimate Cupcake Minis - With Pizza & Prosecco 

Question 1

A really fun class for you both to enjoy.   This activity is really suitable for all ages.  We suggest no younger than 6yrs and we have plenty of older children who also like to join, but with their parent. 

Come and join us in making a colourful collection of cakesicles.  
In this class we’ll show you the art of making cake pops, using silicon moulds. We’ll use a selection of moulds and show you the technique for coating the moulds with chocolate ensuring a shiny finish.  

You’ll choose your colour palette before colouring the chocolate accordingly.    Each cake pop is filled with a delicious vanilla sponge and buttercream. 

After un-moulding your cake pops, we’ll show you how to decorate your pops using various techniques and then we’ll let you lose in the sprinkles bar – so that you can finish them off with an individual flourish! 

Working together to create these treats, you’ll l leave with  8 Cake Pops between you and a selection of chocolatey decorations.

My daughter found it easy to follow Ffi's instructions as we were taught a little and then given time to go and practise what we had learnt before then being taught the next step in the process.   The venue was fantastic.  It was well laid out with plenty of room for each couple.  I really enjoyed how easy it was to switch off from everything else going on in the world and just focus on my cake pop design.  It definitely felt like a lovely bit of "me time". My granddaughter and I spent a lovely time together yesterday making pop cakes.  The venue is on the site of the former Ormeau Gasworks building. We were greeting on arrival with a welcome drink and cookies. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. When all the families arrived we gave here’d around the demonstration table and were given practical instructions. Then it was our turn to use everything provided to make a selection of beautiful pop cakes and chocolates. Coffee, tea and juice was available throughout the morning. We were given a lovely box in which to transport our  confections home. 
Our host was brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend her classes. We hope to return in the future to enjoy more classes.

What a wholesome experience, something different and memories made.  I took my little boy aged 11 and he was in his element. I'd definitely go again maybe a girlie date next time.

Attended the class with my daughter and we both really enjoyed it. The tutor was very friendly and welcoming, the demonstrations were easy to follow and easy to apply when we completed the different steps ourselves. The facilities were excellent with all the equipment we needed, plenty of room at each bench and lots of chocolate, cake and decorations to make the cake pops and chocolates. My Daughter really enjoyed the amount of decorations provided, lots of colours for the chocolate, glitter and sprinkles to get creative. The end results were also impressive for the time we had to make the cake pops, presented in a nice display box which was also provided. Highly recommend and can confirm the cake pops tasted great too :) thanks for a fun morning! My daughter has already said she wants to go to the class again.

My granddaughter and I attended the cake pop make and decorate class on the 5th October. We had a wonderful time. Fi the owner was fantastic. Her demonstrations were very clear and easy to follow. She kept coming around checking on everyone. My granddaughter enjoyed it and so did I and what’s more the pop cakes were delicious.
