Join us for a fun, hands-on cupcake decorating workshop designed for parents, children (10yrs+) and teens alike. Whether you come solo, as a family, or with friends, this creative session is the perfect way to learn new skills while making something truly beautiful (and delicious!) cupcakes.

Each guest will receive 12 freshly baked vanilla cupcakes to decorate and take home. We’ll guide you step-by-step through a range of techniques using smooth vanilla buttercream and yummy white chocolate.

The workshop begins with a live demonstration where you’ll learn how to create stunning chocolate sealife decorations.  You’ll discover how to colour chocolate, carefully line moulds, and craft melt-in-your-mouth creations, before finishing them with shimmering glitters and edible dusts for that extra wow factor.

We’ll then dive into the art of piping, teaching you how to confidently create elegant rosettes, gems, shells, and ruffles. You’ll learn proper piping techniques to help you achieve clean, professional-looking designs that really stand out.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a gorgeous collection of decorated cupcakes to be proud of, perfect to share (or keep all to yourself!).

A great Parent and Child class which I would highly recommend.  My daughter found it easy to follow Ffi's instructions as we were taught a little and then given time to go and practise what we had learnt before then being taught the next step in the process.   The venue was fantastic.  It was well laid out with plenty of room for each couple.  I really enjoyed how easy it was to switch off from everything else going on in the world and just focus on my cake pop design.  It definitely felt like a lovely bit of "me time".  I would recommend this to anyone, whatever their level of baking/decorating experience.  It's was such a fun and relaxed course.  I can't wait to go on the next one.

My granddaughter and I spent a lovely time together yesterday making pop cakes.  The venue is on the site of the former Ormeau Gasworks building. We were greeting on arrival with a welcome drink and cookies. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. When all the families arrived we gave here’d around the demonstration table and were given practical instructions. Then it was our turn to use everything provided to make a selection of beautiful pop cakes and chocolates. Coffee, tea and juice was available throughout the morning. We were given a lovely box in which to transport our  confections home. 
Our host was brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend her classes. We hope to return in the future to enjoy more classes.

Fi is a lovely friendly lady who has created a fantastic set up for the classes. It’s very spacious and has a lovely feel to it.  The music was pretty cool also. I would highly recommend attending the class with your own kid(s). We had a lot of fun and was better than what I had anticipated.

The tutor was very friendly and welcoming, the demonstrations were easy to follow and easy to apply when we completed the different steps ourselves. The facilities were excellent with all the equipment we needed, plenty of room at each bench and lots of chocolate, cake and decorations to make the cake pops and chocolates. My Daughter really enjoyed the amount of decorations provided, lots of colours for the chocolate, glitter and sprinkles to get creative. The end results were also impressive for the time we had to make the cake pops, presented in a nice display box which was also provided. Highly recommend and can confirm the cake pops tasted great too :) thanks for a fun morning! My daughter has already said she wants to go to the class again.

The instructor was super knowledgeable and helpful, and couldn't have been more accomodating especially as I required gluten free adjustments due to ceoliac disease. We all had a great time learning how to make delicious and cute cake pops with added bonus of pizza and prosecco. The best part was getting to eat our creations at the end - they were so tasty!
