The instructor was super knowledgeable and helpful, and couldn't have been more accomodating especially as I required gluten free adjustments due to ceoliac disease. Bento &  Bows with Pizza, Prosecco & Mocktails

A really fun class for you both to enjoy.   This activity is really suitable for all ages.  We suggest no younger than 6yrs and we have plenty of older children who also like to join, but with their parent. 

Come and join us in making a colourful collection of cakesicles.  
In this class we’ll show you the art of making cake pops, using silicon moulds. We’ll use a selection of moulds and show you the technique for coating the moulds with chocolate ensuring a shiny finish.  

You’ll choose your colour palette before colouring the chocolate accordingly.    Each cake pop is filled with a delicious vanilla sponge and buttercream. 

After un-moulding your cake pops, we’ll show you how to decorate your pops using various techniques and then we’ll let you lose in the sprinkles bar – so that you can finish them off with an individual flourish! 

Working together to create these treats, you’ll l leave with  8 Cake Pops between you and a selection of chocolatey decorations.

My daughter found it easy to follow Ffi's instructions as we were taught a little and then given time to go and practise what we had learnt before then being taught the next step in the process.   The venue was fantastic.  It was well laid out with plenty of room for each couple.  I really enjoyed how easy it was to switch off from everything else going on in the world and just focus on my cake pop design.  It definitely felt like a lovely bit of "me time". My granddaughter and I spent a lovely time together yesterday making pop cakes.  The venue is on the site of the former Ormeau Gasworks building. We were greeting on arrival with a welcome drink and cookies. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. When all the families arrived we gave here’d around the demonstration table and were given practical instructions. Then it was our turn to use everything provided to make a selection of beautiful pop cakes and chocolates. Coffee, tea and juice was available throughout the morning. We were given a lovely box in which to transport our  confections home. 
Our host was brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend her classes. We hope to return in the future to enjoy more classes.

Perfect for beginners and enthusiasts alike, this workshop will teach you how to make our signature buttercream to the correct consistency.  You'll discover how to use various piping nozzles with confidence, and pick up expert tips and tricks to give your creations that wow-factor flair.

It's a really lovely way to spend an evening and Fi was so welcoming and explained everything really clearly and offered so much advice in answering any questions and sharing her expertise. I am well impressed with my rose cupcakes, as is everyone I know! I will definitely be booking another class and very much look forward to learning more techniques.

I attended both the floral cupcakes and the piping class and had such a lovely time at both! Fi is so helpful and friendly and made the atmosphere so warm and fun! The amount we learnt was amazing and I feel a lot more confident about working with buttercream now! Would defo recommend!

I booked the cupcake decorating class for me and my bestie for her birthday. From the minute we got there we had the best day, we  really enjoyed learning the progress to make buttercream icing, making it ourselves then letting our creative juices flow as we tried to apply some of the techniques we were taught along the way! Highly recommend this class thank you for having us we’d love to join some of the other classes

Great wee activity to learn something new. The workshop/kitchen is such a lovely place and the lady teaching and showing the techniques was so patient, very knowledgable and gave lots of little hints and tips

A throughly enjoyable morning. The whole experience was undertaken very professionally. First class demonstration , instruction and delivery . Within 2 hours I was icing cakes to a high standard would definitely recommend.
