Celebrate Easter with a fun, hands-on cupcake decorating experience designed for parents and children & young adults to enjoy together 🐣🧁

In this creative Easter workshop, each guest will receive 12 pre-baked vanilla cupcakes, freshly baked by Baker and Chef, ready to be transformed into a beautiful Easter-themed cupcake box.

The session will begin with a live decorating demonstration, where our expert cake decorator will guide guests through a variety of techniques using buttercream & piping tips, plus fondant and moulds to create your own bespoke designs. You’ll learn how to turn simple cupcakes into eye-catching Easter designs.

**What you’ll be shown:**

- How to pipe and use a range of piping tips to create shells, gems, rosettes, and ruffles using a selection of pastel coloured shades of buttercream pre made for you.

- How to colour up and work with fondant, modelling tools and moulds to create stylish Easter themed designs.

- How to embellish using edible glitters, dusts and sprinkles to elevate your designs.

We’ll show you the techniques, but you can create your own designs.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll take home a stunning box of Easter cupcakes that are sure to impress family and friends and make the perfect gift or treat to enjoy over the Easter holidays.

**Parent & Child Cake Pop Making Workshop 🍰✨**

Looking for a sweet activity you can enjoy together? This hands-on cake pop workshop is all about creativity, colour, and a whole lot of chocolatey fun!

Perfect for all ages from 6 years upwards, this class is designed for parents and children to work side by side, laugh lots, and make something truly delicious.  Adults too love this activity so it really makes a great activity for all the family!

 

**What you’ll be doing:**

- Creating a bright and colourful collection of cakesicles
- Choosing your own colour palette and learning how to colour chocolate like a pro, achieving an array of patterns on your moulds.
- How to line a selection of stylish moulds with your chocolate, before filling them with a scrumptious choice of vanilla or chocolate sponge.
- How to un-mould your cakesicles and learn simple but effective decorating techniques
- Going wild at our sprinkles bar and adding your own individual flair ✨

- 4 beautifully decorated cake pops each
- A selection of chocolatey decorations

My daughter found it easy to follow Ffi's instructions as we were taught a little and then given time to go and practise what we had learnt before then being taught the next step in the process.   The venue was fantastic.  It was well laid out with plenty of room for each couple.  I really enjoyed how easy it was to switch off from everything else going on in the world and just focus on my cake pop design.  It definitely felt like a lovely bit of "me time".  I would recommend this to anyone, whatever their level of baking/decorating experience.  It's was such a fun and relaxed course.  I can't wait to go on the next one.

My granddaughter and I spent a lovely time together yesterday making pop cakes.  The venue is on the site of the former Ormeau Gasworks building. We were greeting on arrival with a welcome drink and cookies. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. When all the families arrived we gave here’d around the demonstration table and were given practical instructions. Then it was our turn to use everything provided to make a selection of beautiful pop cakes and chocolates. Coffee, tea and juice was available throughout the morning. We were given a lovely box in which to transport our  confections home. 
Our host was brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend her classes. We hope to return in the future to enjoy more classes.

The tutor was very friendly and welcoming, the demonstrations were easy to follow and easy to apply when we completed the different steps ourselves. My Daughter really enjoyed the amount of decorations provided, lots of colours for the chocolate, glitter and sprinkles to get creative. The end results were also impressive for the time we had to make the cake pops, presented in a nice display box which was also provided. Highly recommend and can confirm the cake pops tasted great too :) thanks for a fun morning! My daughter has already said she wants to go to the class again.

The ultimate cakepop class - the perfect girls night out! 

In this class you’ll each be given 12 pre-baked Baker & Chef vanilla cupcakes, ready for you to start decorating.  

You’ll learn the techniques to pipe 4 different flowers (creating 3 of each), using American buttercream.  The flowers include:

- A David Austin Rose 
- An Allium Bloom 
- Cherry Blossom 
- Chrysanthemum


We’ll show you how to make the perfect American Buttercream to the correct consistency for piping flowers. We’ll talk you through all the various piping nozzles which we’ll be using and demonstrate the piping technique for each flower and all the tips and tricks.

This class is ideally suited to those bakers who’ve had some experience of using a piping bag before but it isn't essential as we'll guide you through everything. 

You’ll leave with 12 beautiful cupcakes boxed up, and presented in our very own Baker & Chef box.

You'll be provided with 12 freshly baked mini vanilla cupcakes by Baker & Chef, ready for your personal decorative touch in the colour palette of your choice. The session kicks off with a live demonstration, where we’ll show you how to pipe beautiful buttercream roses, delicate flowers, ruffles, and shells—transforming your cupcakes into edible works of art. If fondants your thing, then we’ll also demonstrate how to create ombre coloured designs and use moulds, cutters and embossers to create a variety of designs. The choice is endless. Finish with a touch of glam using edible glitters and shimmering pearl sprinkles.

We’ll teach you the tricks then you can let your imagination run wild!

While you’re getting creative enjoy a selection of delicious pizza and sip on chilled Prosecco or choose from refreshing mocktails.
