Join us for a fabulously fun and totally indulgent cakepop decorating workshop that’s almost too pretty to eat (but trust us, you’ll want to)!  The perfect festive activity for you to both enjoy. 

In this hands-on experience, you’ll learn the art of lining fancy moulds with silky, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate before filling them with a selection of delicious home baked cakes, including the classic Victoria Sponge and irresistible chocolate cake. Think dessert-meets-art, with a whole lot of fun sprinkled on top.  Each of you making your own collection of 4 lollipops and chocolate treats to go alongside.

Once your creations are filled and chilled, it’s time to decorate! You’ll glam up your cakepops with chocolate drizzle, sprinkles, edible decorations and chocolate toppers – the kind of treats that’ll have your friends saying “wait… you made these?”

Bento &  Bows with Pizza, Prosecco & Mocktails

A really fun class for you both to enjoy.   This activity is really suitable for all ages.  We suggest no younger than 6yrs and we have plenty of older children who also like to join, but with their parent. 

Come and join us in making a colourful collection of cakesicles.  
In this class we’ll show you the art of making cake pops, using silicon moulds. We’ll use a selection of moulds and show you the technique for coating the moulds with chocolate ensuring a shiny finish.  

You’ll choose your colour palette before colouring the chocolate accordingly.    Each cake pop is filled with a delicious vanilla sponge and buttercream. 

After un-moulding your cake pops, we’ll show you how to decorate your pops using various techniques and then we’ll let you lose in the sprinkles bar – so that you can finish them off with an individual flourish! 

Working together to create these treats, you’ll l leave with  8 Cake Pops between you and a selection of chocolatey decorations.

My daughter found it easy to follow Ffi's instructions as we were taught a little and then given time to go and practise what we had learnt before then being taught the next step in the process.   The venue was fantastic.  It was well laid out with plenty of room for each couple.  I really enjoyed how easy it was to switch off from everything else going on in the world and just focus on my cake pop design.  It definitely felt like a lovely bit of "me time". My granddaughter and I spent a lovely time together yesterday making pop cakes.  The venue is on the site of the former Ormeau Gasworks building. We were greeting on arrival with a welcome drink and cookies. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. When all the families arrived we gave here’d around the demonstration table and were given practical instructions. Then it was our turn to use everything provided to make a selection of beautiful pop cakes and chocolates. Coffee, tea and juice was available throughout the morning. We were given a lovely box in which to transport our  confections home. 
Our host was brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend her classes. We hope to return in the future to enjoy more classes.

My Daughter really enjoyed the amount of decorations provided, lots of colours for the chocolate, glitter and sprinkles to get creative. I booked the piping techniques class for my friend as a birthday present and we attended last Sunday. We were warmly welcomed by Ffi as we arrived and offered tea or coffee. It was a lovely intimate class, as there were only 10 of us in total. All the workstations were set up beautifully on arrival with everything we needed for the class, so there was zero flaffing… apron on and Ffi started by demonstrating how we were to make our buttercream and gave us some top tips. We had great fun then using the vast array of food colourings she had to make up our own colours to use for piping. She then demonstrated how to fit the nozzle in the piping bag. Then demonstrated how to  fill it and how to hold it, before demonstrating several different patterns that could be achieved from that one nozzle. We all went back to our stations and gave it a go, before returning for further demonstrations of other nozzles. Ffi is a pro and she makes it look soooo easy… she is so friendly and so calming and came round each workstation and helped us all and answered any questions we had between demonstrations. The class was 3 hrs long, however it just flew in … though it was all at a lovely pace and didn’t feel rushed. I was absolutely chuffed with my 12 cupcakes and came away confident that I could replicate it again, to give plain fairy cakes the Whao factor! I would definitely recommend Baker & Chef and would love to return to try some of her other classes.

Loved the cupcake decorating class I attended. It was such a fun Sunday morning and different from the usual. The end results ended up looking great even though I was a complete decorating novice and not very good! lol. Thanks!

Such a great night learning how to make cake pops! The variety of colours, flavours and decorations was amazing. The only downside was having to pick from all the choice. Our whole group all enjoyed themselves and we will definitely be back.

I recently took a cake pop making class with a group of friends and had an absolute blast! The instructor was super knowledgeable and helpful, and couldn't have been more accomodating especially as I required gluten free adjustments due to ceoliac disease. We all had a great time learning how to make delicious and cute cake pops with added bonus of pizza and prosecco. The best part was getting to eat our creations at the end - they were so tasty! I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and unique activity to do with friends. 10/10 would do it again!
