Our tutor Fi was so reassuring and made us feel very welcome.
Fi was excellent at teaching she not only explained the different forms of tools and chocolate. Fis teaching was extremely easy to understand as she broke each baking stage into segments to give us all a chance to do one part of the baking and continue like that throughout the night. Although the class is several hours it flys in sooooo quickly as your having so much fun. 

The drinks are available all night at your own leasure and the pizzas come out after the first part of the cake pop stage begins as it would be the longest part of the process.  The night is extremely fun a night out with the girls Fi the tutor is extremely lovely, very approachable and will help with whatever you need.

The ultimate cakepop class - the perfect girls night out! 

A really fun class for you both to enjoy.   This activity is really suitable for all ages.  We suggest no younger than 6yrs and we have plenty of older children who also like to join, but with their parent. 

Come and join us in making a colourful collection of cakesicles.  
In this class we’ll show you the art of making cake pops, using silicon moulds. We’ll use a selection of moulds and show you the technique for coating the moulds with chocolate ensuring a shiny finish.  

You’ll choose your colour palette before colouring the chocolate accordingly.    Each cake pop is filled with a delicious vanilla sponge and buttercream. 

After un-moulding your cake pops, we’ll show you how to decorate your pops using various techniques and then we’ll let you lose in the sprinkles bar – so that you can finish them off with an individual flourish! 

Working together to create these treats, you’ll l leave with  8 Cake Pops between you and a selection of chocolatey decorations.

My daughter found it easy to follow Ffi's instructions as we were taught a little and then given time to go and practise what we had learnt before then being taught the next step in the process.   The venue was fantastic.  It was well laid out with plenty of room for each couple.  I really enjoyed how easy it was to switch off from everything else going on in the world and just focus on my cake pop design.  It definitely felt like a lovely bit of "me time". My granddaughter and I spent a lovely time together yesterday making pop cakes.  The venue is on the site of the former Ormeau Gasworks building. We were greeting on arrival with a welcome drink and cookies. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. When all the families arrived we gave here’d around the demonstration table and were given practical instructions. Then it was our turn to use everything provided to make a selection of beautiful pop cakes and chocolates. Coffee, tea and juice was available throughout the morning. We were given a lovely box in which to transport our  confections home. 
Our host was brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend her classes. We hope to return in the future to enjoy more classes.

**Cupcake Flower Piping Class**

In this hands-on class, each participant will receive 12 Baker & Chef  vanilla cupcakes—ready for you to decorate with beautiful, buttercream flowers!

You’ll learn how to pipe **four different flower designs** using smooth, American buttercream:

- **Rose**

- **Ranunculus**

- **Hydrangea**

- **Chrysanthemum**

We’ll teach you how to make the perfect American buttercream and get it to just the right consistency for flower piping. You’ll also be introduced to the piping nozzles used for each flower, with live demonstrations, expert tips, and step-by-step guidance to help you master each technique.

You’ll create **three of each flower design**, leaving the class with a full box of **12 beautifully decorated cupcakes**.

No prior piping experience is necessary—**beginners are very welcome!** Some experience can be helpful, but it’s not required.

## Spellbinding Cake Decorating Workshop - Parent & Child

Join us at this spellbinding cake decorating workshop - perfect for to attend with your favour little person!

Whether you're a beginner or just looking for a fun afternoon, this 2.5hr class is a perfect opportunity to learn new skills, get messy with buttercream, spend some quality time together and each leave with your very own show-stopping cake.

You’ll each receive your own, freshly baked lemon sponge cake ready to decorate to our heart’s content. We’ll start by soaking our cakes in zesty lemon syrup for maximum flavour, then dive into the fun part—decorating!

### There’s so much to enjoy making during this class, including:

- **Piping Techniques**: Learn to use different piping nozzles to create stunning shapes, swirls, and floral patterns. Practice first on your very own piping sheet before taking it to your cake.

- **Colour Customisation**: Mix your buttercream in the colour palette of your choice—think spooky Halloween hues, pastels, or bold brights! The choice is yours!

- **Fondant Fun**: Create a Halloween-inspired **ombre fondant topper** to give your cake a festive flair. We’ll also use festive moulds to create some fondant decorations which you can use to decorate your cakes. Think gruesome bones & skulls or pretty flowers - you decide your vibe.

- **Finishing Touches**: Complete your masterpiece by adding chocolate topper; sprinkles of your choice or a flutter of glitter. These stylish cakes will surely wow your friends and family!!

**Halloween Cake Pop Workshop – Parent & Child** 

A spooktacular morning of chocolate, creativity & fun!

Join us for a frightfully fun Halloween-themed Cake Pop workshop designed especially for parents and children to enjoy together! This 2.5-hour hands-on class is packed with chocolatey creativity and spooky seasonal spirit — perfect for getting into the Halloween mood.

Together, you’ll learn the art of making cake pops from scratch using silicone moulds. We’ll guide you through every step — from what chocolate to use & colouring your designs, to lining your moulds with chocolate and how to achieve a smooth finish. We’ll fill them with freshly baked sponge (courtesy of Baker & Chef), sealing them with more chocolate before finally unmoulding your perfect pops ready for decorating. You’ll each make 4 cake Pops, plus some chocolately treats.

Choose your own colour palette and design, from classic Halloween (think pumpkins, ghosts, bats and more) to pretty pastels and floral designs if spooky isn’t your style. You’ll also create some additional chocolates to go along side your pops, and create some spooky chocolate toppers to decorate your pops with. Complete the look with edible sprinkles and glitters!

Whether you're a Halloween enthusiast or just love crafting with chocolate, this workshop is a playful and delicious way to spend time together. No experience necessary – just bring your imagination (and your sweet tooth!).

Working with a colour palette of your choice, you’ll learn how to achieve a smooth, polished buttercream finish before mastering piping techniques using a variety of nozzles to create elegant scrolls, swags and rosettes.

Finish your chic Bento cake with a choice of satin bows, edible flowers, pearl sprinkles and stem cherries.
