You’ll be making from scratch this adorable family of biscuit bears, each bejewelled with sugarpaste bows, flowers and decorations. 

We’ll start by making the vanilla cookies, using a delicious recipe which won’t spread in the oven when your little bears are baking!  

During this class we’ll show you how to use sugar paste and modelling tools and cutters to decorate the cookies.  
  
At the end of the session each pair will get to take home a family of bears including daddy bear, mommy bear and 8 baby bears - which we’ll box up for you in a stylish Baker & Chef Box.

 A really fun class where we'll bring out all the tools to create this  truly stunning collection of seasonal cupcakes.  

Each baker will be given 12 pre-baked vanilla Baker & Chef cupcakes ready to decorate. 

Using a multitude of piping tips we'll show you how to pipe using our signature buttercream,  creating gorgeous patterns and styles - all in the colour palette of your choice.    You'll be able to practice  first and we'll be there to guide you through at every stage.  

You'll also use fondant, learning how to to colour it to create stylish ombre and marble designs, and use seasonal embossers and fondant moulds to give that Easter feel.  

Finally completing the look with gold writing,  glitters, mini Easter eggs and the sprinkles of your choice.   

A really fun and enjoyable class which can be enjoyed by most ages.   

Our scrumptious vanilla sponge recipe will also be shared.

Easter Cup Cake Class - Fondant & Piping  Styles

A really fun class for you both to enjoy.   This activity is really suitable for all ages.  We suggest no younger than 6yrs and we have plenty of older children who also like to join, but with their parent. 

Come and join us in making a colourful collection of cakesicles.  
In this class we’ll show you the art of making cake pops, using silicon moulds. We’ll use a selection of moulds and show you the technique for coating the moulds with chocolate ensuring a shiny finish.  

You’ll choose your colour palette before colouring the chocolate accordingly.    Each cake pop is filled with a delicious vanilla sponge and buttercream. 

After un-moulding your cake pops, we’ll show you how to decorate your pops using various techniques and then we’ll let you lose in the sprinkles bar – so that you can finish them off with an individual flourish! 

Working together to create these treats, you’ll l leave with  8 Cake Pops between you and a selection of chocolatey decorations.

My daughter found it easy to follow Ffi's instructions as we were taught a little and then given time to go and practise what we had learnt before then being taught the next step in the process.   The venue was fantastic.  It was well laid out with plenty of room for each couple. My granddaughter and I spent a lovely time together yesterday making pop cakes.  The venue is on the site of the former Ormeau Gasworks building. We were greeting on arrival with a welcome drink and cookies. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. When all the families arrived we gave here’d around the demonstration table and were given practical instructions. Then it was our turn to use everything provided to make a selection of beautiful pop cakes and chocolates. Coffee, tea and juice was available throughout the morning. We were given a lovely box in which to transport our  confections home. 
Our host was brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend her classes. We hope to return in the future to enjoy more classes.

Received a fantastic and easy to follow demo and left to our devices. I liked this as we were given creative control or if we wanted help it was there if need be.

The studio was clean and an instagrammers haven.

Already thinking of my next excuse to go again.

Three of us did the cakepops and prosecco night! This event is so worthwhile! There was endless bottles of prosecco, but also options for those who were not drinking alcohol, there were so many treats and pizza. In relation to the cakepops, there was a perfect balance of having some elements prepared so that it wasnt too difficult, but still allowing us to be creative and learn some skills. I would definitely recommend for a girly night out, I would even go again!
