The ultimate cakepop class - lining fancy moulds with melt in your mouth chocolate before filling them with a selection of delicious sweet fillings.   

Learn how to make these incredibly stylish and yummy sweet treats!  So fancy you won't want to eat them - yet our new and tempting fillings will mean they won't stay around for long!  

We'll provide you with a selection of delicious fillings, including buttery shortbread & salted caramel;  honeycomb (think Crunchie bars!); or finally a gooey chocolate fudge cake - a firm family favourite that is a cross between fudge & brownie.

**Cupcake Flower Piping Class**

In this hands-on class, each participant will receive 12 Baker & Chef  vanilla cupcakes—ready for you to decorate with beautiful, buttercream flowers!

You’ll learn how to pipe **four different flower designs** using smooth, American buttercream:

- **Rose**

- **Ranunculus**

- **Hydrangea**

- **Chrysanthemum**

We’ll teach you how to make the perfect American buttercream and get it to just the right consistency for flower piping. You’ll also be introduced to the piping nozzles used for each flower, with live demonstrations, expert tips, and step-by-step guidance to help you master each technique.

You’ll create **three of each flower design**, leaving the class with a full box of **12 beautifully decorated cupcakes**.

No prior piping experience is necessary—**beginners are very welcome!** Some experience can be helpful, but it’s not required.

**Halloween Cake Pop Workshop – Parent & Child** 

A spooktacular morning of chocolate, creativity & fun!

Join us for a frightfully fun Halloween-themed Cake Pop workshop designed especially for parents and children to enjoy together! This 2.5-hour hands-on class is packed with chocolatey creativity and spooky seasonal spirit — perfect for getting into the Halloween mood.

Together, you’ll learn the art of making cake pops from scratch using silicone moulds. We’ll guide you through every step — from what chocolate to use & colouring your designs, to lining your moulds with chocolate and how to achieve a smooth finish. We’ll fill them with freshly baked sponge (courtesy of Baker & Chef), sealing them with more chocolate before finally unmoulding your perfect pops ready for decorating. You’ll each make 4 cake Pops, plus some chocolately treats.

Choose your own colour palette and design, from classic Halloween (think pumpkins, ghosts, bats and more) to pretty pastels and floral designs if spooky isn’t your style. You’ll also create some additional chocolates to go along side your pops, and create some spooky chocolate toppers to decorate your pops with. Complete the look with edible sprinkles and glitters!

Halloween Cakepop Workshop - Parent & Child 

A really fun class for you both to enjoy.   This activity is really suitable for all ages.  We suggest no younger than 6yrs and we have plenty of older children who also like to join, but with their parent. 

Come and join us in making a colourful collection of cakesicles.  
In this class we’ll show you the art of making cake pops, using silicon moulds. We’ll use a selection of moulds and show you the technique for coating the moulds with chocolate ensuring a shiny finish.  

You’ll choose your colour palette before colouring the chocolate accordingly.    Each cake pop is filled with a delicious vanilla sponge and buttercream. 

After un-moulding your cake pops, we’ll show you how to decorate your pops using various techniques and then we’ll let you lose in the sprinkles bar – so that you can finish them off with an individual flourish! 

Working together to create these treats, you’ll l leave with  8 Cake Pops between you and a selection of chocolatey decorations.

My granddaughter and I spent a lovely time together yesterday making pop cakes.  The venue is on the site of the former Ormeau Gasworks building. We were greeting on arrival with a welcome drink and cookies. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. When all the families arrived we gave here’d around the demonstration table and were given practical instructions. Then it was our turn to use everything provided to make a selection of beautiful pop cakes and chocolates. Coffee, tea and juice was available throughout the morning. We were given a lovely box in which to transport our  confections home. 
Our host was brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend her classes. We hope to return in the future to enjoy more classes.

My daughter and I had an absolutely brilliant experience with Baker and Chef at our Cake Pop class. Who knew you could have such fun making an absolute mess! Ffion was very accommodating and helpful with tips and touch ups to our cake pops. She even gave us a spare after one of ours unfortunately didn't make it. 

I could not not recommend this highly enough.

I attend the baking class with my 13 year old  on Sunday November the 10th. 
We had a lovely fun filled few hours and made ourselves some nice treats☺️
Fi is a lovely friendly lady who has created a fantastic set up for the classes. It’s very spacious and has a lovely feel to it.  The music was pretty cool also. I would highly recommend attending the class with your own kid(s). We had a lot of fun and was better than what I had anticipated.

The demonstrations were clear and straightforward to follow and Ffi's enthusiasm added to the experience. The venue is brilliant and we felt comfortable using the equipment available. Such a wonderful idea for a class! I purchased this as a Christmas present for my 12 year old daughter who loves baking. From arrival to leaving, it was such a great experience. Fi is so lovely, the kitchen is a great working space and so beautifully decorated. We had drinks and biscuits upon arrival and in between too. The class is so efficiently run with expert advice and help on hand. My daughter was so excited after her class that we are in the process of purchasing cake pop bakeware. She is keen to get back to another class! Highly recommend for adults as well as kids!

Attended the class with my daughter and we both really enjoyed it. The tutor was very friendly and welcoming, the demonstrations were easy to follow and easy to apply when we completed the different steps ourselves. The facilities were excellent with all the equipment we needed, plenty of room at each bench and lots of chocolate, cake and decorations to make the cake pops and chocolates. My Daughter really enjoyed the amount of decorations provided, lots of colours for the chocolate, glitter and sprinkles to get creative. The end results were also impressive for the time we had to make the cake pops, presented in a nice display box which was also provided. Highly recommend and can confirm the cake pops tasted great too :) thanks for a fun morning! My daughter has already said she wants to go to the class again.

My granddaughter and I attended the cake pop make and decorate class on the 5th October. We had a wonderful time. Fi the owner was fantastic. Her demonstrations were very clear and easy to follow. She kept coming around checking on everyone. My granddaughter enjoyed it and so did I and what’s more the pop cakes were delicious.
