Welcome to our newest cake decorating workshop — **Chocolate Heaven**, where we celebrate all things rich, indulgent, and irresistibly chocolatey.

During this fun and creative 2.5-hour workshop, each guest will receive their own freshly baked 4” chocolate sponge cake, filled with silky chocolate buttercream and decadent ganache.

We’ll guide you step-by-step as you learn how to perfectly mask your cake in luscious chocolate buttercream, creating beautifully smooth sides before mastering the art of the ultimate chocolate drip.

Then it’s time to get creative! You’ll craft stunning chocolate decorations including an adorable teddy bear, elegant flowers, and chocolate bars, before adding shimmer and sparkle with edible lustre dusts.

To finish, we’ll add those all-important piped details for the final *oh la la* touch.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or a budding baker, this workshop is fun, informative, and guaranteed to delight. Best of all, you’ll leave with your very own boxed showstopper cake to wow your friends and family.

Throughout your class there will be a number of demonstrations where you’ll learn how to:

**Parent & Child - Under the Sea - Cupcake Decorating Workshop** 

Join us for a fun, hands-on cupcake decorating workshop designed for parents & children (8yrs+).  A perfect activity to let creativity shine whilst learning new skills in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.  You’ll both leave with a beautiful and delicious set of 8 cupcakes (16 in your pairings).

The workshop begins with a live demonstration where you’ll learn how to create stunning chocolate sea life decorations.  You’ll discover how to colour chocolate, carefully line moulds, and craft melt-in-your-mouth creations, before finishing them with shimmering glitters and edible dusts for that extra wow factor.

We’ll then dive into the art of piping, teaching you how to confidently create elegant rosettes, gems, shells, and ruffles using vanilla buttercream.  You’ll learn proper piping techniques to help you achieve clean, professional-looking designs that really stand out.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a gorgeous collection of decorated cupcakes to be proud of, perfect to share (or keep all to yourself!).

I took my grandson to the class for making cakesicles, we had a great afternoon and he loved taking his treats home.  Can't wait to be back for my next class.

My granddaughter and I spent a lovely time together yesterday making pop cakes.  The venue is on the site of the former Ormeau Gasworks building. We were greeting on arrival with a welcome drink and cookies. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. When all the families arrived we gave here’d around the demonstration table and were given practical instructions. Then it was our turn to use everything provided to make a selection of beautiful pop cakes and chocolates. Coffee, tea and juice was available throughout the morning. We were given a lovely box in which to transport our  confections home. 
Our host was brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend her classes. We hope to return in the future to enjoy more classes.

This was the best workshop I have ever done! We were lead and directed so well and I can't believe what we managed to produce! Amazing! Gorgeous, clean kitchen with a lovely welcome and encouraging atmosphere! We will definitely be back ❤️

What a joyful day we had from the minute we walked in the door! Ffi just makes you feel so at ease and the outcome of the cake pops, well it even surprised me how well they turned out! We had the best day and will 100% be booking another course for us. Thanks Ffi!

Absolutely amazing class! Set in the most beautiful area with handy parking across the road. The studio is absolutely beautiful. Fi was so lovely and explained everything well and made it super fun too! We loved it and will definitely be back!
